On a day of big matches for the club, the 16A's started the day off in style with a strong semi final win v Henley to qualify for England Netball U16 National Clubs Finals in Nottingham, 2nd & 3rd May. Leading 13-3 at the end of the 1st quarter, they never let the lead slip and built on all the way through to win 50 - 26.

They then went on to Play Sutton Town, who had earlier beaten Stratford Thunderbirds in their semi final to qualify. A tough, competitive game with Sutton coming out as winners 47-31 and as West Midlands Regional Champions and Ryland runners up.

The teams will then both represent the West Midlands at Nottingham along with 16 other clubs from all across the country.

Congratulations girls on reaching Nationals, a fantastic achievement to be in the last 2 teams from all of the clubs that play from the West Midlands Region.
